please note waist sizes fit an inch big. (no need to size up) other than that they fit true!

washing recommendations. wash on cold and cold dry if you want to minimize shrinkage on inseam due to heat. hand wash and hang dry for no shrinkage in inseam. wash on hot and dry hot for about 3/4 inch of total length shrink.
